The gastronomy :
Wherever you stay (hotel or rest house), you’ll eat at the inn. We’ll share a good and diversified food: our cooking is often quoted by many guides and press articles as an example of regional, simple and delightfully rustic cooking.
Meats, trouts, cheese come mainly from Lozère. Home made pastries are often baked with local blueberries, blackberries or raspberries.
You’ll discover the «tastes of Aubrac» thanks to amazing recipes (Aubrac stew with gingerbread, Braised veal with chanterelles, Walnut pilgrim pie or Crème brulée with Aubrac honey…)
